HEAD COACH JAMEY WRIGHT:
"We're getting off the surface streets and entering the freeway this weekend. Redlands is a Division III, but they're solid. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if they beat us. It's the first game of a tournament and they might come with some things that we're not expecting. That will be a challenge for us -- they always play us tough."

"People think we're doing well, and we are, but you have to compare the competition. This will be the good weekend for us. I know we're not as good as it might appear from the scores. It's good for us to play these games, force us to open our eyes and see the things we need to work on. Our 6-on-5s are a big emphasis for us. We're below 40 percent against the teams we're playing. I don't think we're defending it or attacking it well. From the front-court standpoint, there are still some things coming along."

"I'm pleased predominantly with our fitness level, which has been pretty high, and that we're developing our depth. Through these first six games, we've been able to play the second group a lot more than normal. It's getting them some confidence and it's giving me confidence in them. I know that I can go well through the third with that second group, then put the starters in for a shorter stint in the second half."
