Joyce Szeto, a proud UC Davis alumnus, joined her alma mater in 2007. As an insurance analyst, Joyce manages claims for the University's Intercollegiate Athletic insurance plans, prepares injury and expenditure reports, and coordinates medical referrals and insurance for injured student-athletes. The position also interprets policies and procedures, statutory regulations, and insurance guidelines, offering information and recommendations to various stakeholders within the athletic department.
Prior to joining the Aggies, Joyce worked as an auto and casualty insurance claims adjuster at USAA Financial Services.
