Brian Holloway enters his first season as coordinator of program operations for UC Davis men’s basketball in 2026-27, bringing experience as a collegiate student manager, player and youth basketball coach.

Holloway joined the Aggies after spending three years as head student manager at Chico State, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. Before attending Chico State, he played one season of college basketball at Multnomah University.

In 2023, Holloway founded 805 Elite, a club basketball program serving high school players in Ventura County. Over three years, he coached more than 60 players, creating opportunities for athletes who could not afford larger club programs.

A Ventura, California, native, Holloway attended Foothill Technology High School, where he earned all-league recognition in three varsity seasons. He was elected to the school’s Athletics Hall of Fame in 2021.
