Biography

2020: ACWPC ALL-ACADEMIC… BIG WEST ACADEMIC ALL-CONFERENCE… Recorded five steals, three assists and drew three kickouts throughout 19 games played.

2019: ACWPC ALL-ACADEMIC (Superior)… BIG WEST ALL-ACADEMIC… Saw action in 27 games this season… Scored six goals, two assists, and four steals… Put up multiple goals against Iona on Mar. 3.

2018: ACWPC ALL-ACADEMIC (Excellent)… Played 13 games total for 84 minutes… Tallied a total of 10 goals, two assists, nine steals, and one drawn exclusion… Won 7 of 8 sprint bouts… Completed a hat trick against Redlands on Feb. 25… Was one of four leading scorers against Cal State Monterey Bay on Feb. 17 with two goals.

2017: ACWPC ALL-ACADEMIC (Excellent)… Showed up in 13 games for 79 minutes… Scored four goals, three assists and four steals and drawn exclusions apiece for the season… Out of the four goals in total, two were earned in the CSUMB game (2/25), which was also the top amount in goals scored by a single player that game, as well as two of the three total assists.

HANDSWORTH SECONDARY HS '16: Earned British Columbia provincial championships in both 50- and 100-meter freestyle in 2015 and 2016... Played water polo for Pacific Storm WPC (Vancouver, B.C.), earning a spot on the Canadian National 17-and-under team... Garnered All-Star nod at Canadian Water Polo Association club tournament.

PERSONAL: Born in Vancouver, B.C.... Majoring in Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior with a minor in French... Daughter of Fareed & Sara Momen... Older sister, Donia, played water polo for San Jose State... First international player in the program's varsity history... Oddly, becomes the third Aggie student-athlete to hail from Handsworth, along with soccer players Riley Newport (2010-13) and Lindsay Johansen (2014-15)... Favorite facility in which she has played: Parc olympique de Montreal.
