MURRIETA VALLEY HS [apos]12: Earned a trio of varsity letters at Murrieta Valley HS from 2009-11, picking up All-Southwestern League honors each year... She was also named a Scholar-Athlete those three seasons while helping her team to a pair of league championships and berths to the CIF-Southern Section postseason... Played for Arsenal FC which won Surf Cup championship in 2010... Member of National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Born in Orange, Calif.... Majoring in exercise biology... Parents are John and Wendy Birtcher... Has career aspirations to be a physical therapist... Always puts her left cleat on first for good luck.
