2019: After graduating from UC Davis, she signed a professional contract with Club América Femenil — an organization that competes in Liga BBVA MX Femenil (the highest division of women’s soccer in Mexico)… 2019 Big West Commissioner’s Honor Roll with Highest Honors (3.51-4.00 GPA)… Big West Academic All-Conference Fall Team honoree… Tied for No. 1 in the nation by posting a perfect 1.000 percentage on penalty kicks… Led the team in points (13), shots (34) and goals (6)… Ranked No. 2 among all Aggies in shots on goal (13) and game-winning goals (1)… UC Davis earned four penalty kicks throughout the season, she took and converted each opportunity… Scored goals via penalty kick at Nevada (9/21, a game winner), vs. CSUN (10/27) and twice at home against Hawai’i (10/31)… Recorded her first brace as an Aggie by scoring both goals in UC Davis’s season finale vs. the Rainbow Wahine… Started all 17 games played.
2018: Started 10 matches for the Aggies... Finished fifth on the team in scoring with five points on two goals and an assist... Ranked No. 9 in the Big West in shots per game (2.10)... Scored her first points as an Aggie with a goal against Cal Poly (9/30)... Added a score against Long Beach State on Oct. 25, and tallied an assist against Cal State Fullerton (10/11)... Placed 11 of her 21 shot attempts on frame... Her 21 shots were second on the team... Finished with a season-high five shot attempts at CSUN on Oct. 21 (putting four on frame) and added four more against Cal Poly on Sept. 30.
SANTA CLARA (2015-16): Played her freshman and sophomore seasons with the Broncos... A West Coast Conference All-Freshman Team and a WCC All-Academic Team selection as a freshman and sophomore, respectively, with the Broncos... Scored three goals in her debut campaign in 2015 while appearing in 21 matches... She finished with a goal and an assist as a sophomore in 2016 while helping Santa Clara to a berth in the NCAA Tournament.
VISTA DEL LAGO HS '15: finished with 41 goals and 27 assists in 43 total matches.... Helped the Eagles to the second round of the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Division III playoffs as a senior in 2015 and earned a pair of league MVP honors in her final two seasons.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: Holds dual citizenship in the United States and Mexico, where her father was born... Was a member of U-17 Mexican Women's National Team, helping the program clinch the CONCACAF crown in Jamaica for the first time in 2013 while leading the team in goals (three) and assists (four) as only a junior in high school... Mexico defeated both the United States and Canada in penalties in the semifinals and finals to earn the title... Traveled to Costa Rica for the 2014 U-17 Women's World Cup, where she was also the team's leading scorer, netting goals in wins over Columbia and China during the group stage before Mexico, which led the group in scoring, fell to the eventual champions from Japan in the knockout round... Her goal against Columbia that put Mexico up, 3-0, in the match was selected as the best goal of the U-17 Women's World Cup by a public vote on FIFA.com.
PERSONAL: Parents are Santiago and Summer... Has an older brother, Cristian, a younger sister, Kiana, and a younger brother, Makai... Along with her brother, founded the non-profit organization "Jerseys and Cleats 4 Kids," which collects new or gently used soccer equipment and donates them to children around the world, including youngsters in Ethiopia, Nigeria, Costa Rica, and Guatemala... She has also run an annual Christmas soccer tournament that results in the donations of toys to the Shriner's Children's Hospital, Toys for Tots, and other local organizations, including collecting more than 800 toys one year.
