2019: On the roster, but did not appear in a match.
CALABASAS HS ’17: Totaled 550 kills with 253 blocks and a .550 average to earn All-Marmonte League first-team honors as a senior... Propelled team to school-record 24 wins and its best-ever Southern Section tournament run in 2016... Later voted as school’s Female Athlete of the Year... Had 293 kills for All-ML third-team accolades and team’s Most Improved honors as a junior... Played club ball for Los Angeles Volleyball Academy South.
PERSONAL: Born in Burbank, Calif.... Has not declared a major... Parents are Nicolai Strehl & Marly Tempel... Oldest of two siblings, along with brother Max (15)... Favorite TV show as a kid was the Teletubbies... Perhaps related to that choice: would amend her sport by having all players wear different-colored jerseys, not just the libero.
