2025: Competed in five meets for the Aggies...Had three top-ten finishes on the season...Was a big presence in the 3,000 meter steeplechase this year, earning fourth at the West Coast Relays with a time of 11:55.24...Also collected a fourth place finish at the Causeway Classic with an impressive 11:41.04...Ran to ninth in the 1,500 meter run at the Aggie Open with a 4:56.87. 

2024: Competed in six meets for the Aggies...Started strong with a PR in the mile with a time of 5:13.15, finishing 13th at the Aggie Open...Hit two PRs at the Hornet Invite, securing sixth place finish in the 3000s with 11:12.95, and 2oth in the 800 meter t 2:19.75...Earned first place at the Brutus Hamilton in the 3000S with a time of 11:14.34...took 14th at Big West Champs in the 3000S with a time of 11:22.36

2023: Participated in seven meets…Had team and personal best finish in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 11:19.78 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational…Had three top ten finishes…Had personal best finish in the 1,500 meters (4:49.89) at the Aggie Open
 
2022: On roster, did not appear in a meet

2021 XC: Competed in three meets… Best finish came at the Pacific Invitational where she crossed the line in 10^th with a 22:39.6… Clocked a 21:54.9 to finish 48^th at the Stump Invitational… Finished 70^th overall at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 22:28.7.

VALENCIA HS ’21: Foothill League runner-up in 1,600, then placed 4th in that event at Southern Section prelims and finals as a senior... Previously won league 1,600 title as a sophomore, but had 2020 season mostly canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic... Selected as track team’s Most Outstanding Athlete in 2019... Set three school track records: 1,600, mile, 3,200... Enjoyed best cross season as a sophomore, placing 14th at Foothill League then competing at CIF-SS prelims (30th) and finals (80th)... Four-year Scholar-Athlete and National Honor Society recipient.

PERSONAL: Born in Allentown, Pa.... Majoring in Aerospace Science and Engineering... Parents are John & Tracy Makar... Has two older brothers, Tanner and Spencer... Performed with VHS choir at ACDA and Monterey jazz festivals.
