LOWELL HS [apos]10: State meet qualifier as member of 4x400 relay in 2009... Helped team to four straight All-City championships as competitor in 200, 400 and long relay... Named Most Outstanding Sprinter as a senior... Also a two-time All-City honoree in soccer (forward)... Played for San Francisco United from 2003-10, helping team win Association Cup in 2008.

PERSONAL: Born in San Francisco, Calif.... Majoring in electrical engineering... Parents are James & Pamela Mannah... James played soccer for Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
