2008: Competed in javelin in six meets... Best throw was 46.81m (153-7) during Causeway Dual... Narrowly missed that mark a week later with 46.73m (153-4) at Payton Jordan Invitational.

2007: Aggies[apos] decathlon representative at D-I Independent Championship, finishing 5th at 5,154 (event results not available)... Also competed at independent meet in pole vault, placing 12th (13-11.25)... Best vault was 14-1.25 in Chico Multi.

PLACER HS [apos]06: Finished 8th in pole vault at Sac-Joaquin Section Masters Meet... Advanced by virtue of 3rd-place showing at section Division II meet (14-11)... Took 4th at Sierra Foothill League meet in 2006... Placed 3rd at CIF-SJS meet as a junior (13-11).

PERSONAL: Born in Puyallup, Wash.... Majoring in exercise biology... Parents are Mark & Amy Roberts, both UC Davis alumni.
