JUNIPERO SERRA HS [apos]10: Standout on both track and gridiron... Ran leadoff leg of state-champion 4x100 relay in 2009... Finished 4th in both 100 (10.99) and 200 (21.84) at Southern Section D-IV meet as a senior... Also reached section finals in those events as a junior... Helped football team to 28-1 combined record, including 2009 state championship (played running back and cornerback)... Attended Daniel Murphy HS for two years before transferring to Serra.
PERSONAL: Born in Los Angeles, Calif.... Majoring in civil engineering... Parents are Daniel Williams and Valery Dowell... Proudest personal accomplishment was winning 2009 state relay title.
