2012: Anchored 6th-place 4x400 relay at Big West Conference Championships... Qualified individually in 400 hurdles, placing 10th (53.70) in prelims... Hit season-best 53.36 at Mt. SAC Relays... Raced twice in open quarter, including 49.45 at Mondo Mid-Major.
2011: Big West Conference runner-up in 400 with 48.21, entering all-time UC Davis top 10 at No.8 spot... Led off 2nd-place 4x400 relay (3:10.35) at conference... Only other open quarter was 48.40 in conference prelim heat... Appeared in 400 hurdles five times, including 52.35 at Causeway Dual.
BURROUGHS HS [apos]10: Three-year Southern Section qualifier in 110 hurdles, placing 2nd (wind-aided 14.38) as a junior, 6th (14.79) as a senior... Competed at 2009 CIF-SS Masters meet, finishing 6th... Also lettered in football as a lineman... Captured Citrus Belt Athlete of the Year and Principal[apos]s Scholar-Athlete honors as a senior.
PERSONAL: Born in Ridgecrest, Calif.... Majoring in human development... Mother is Laura Moran... Hopes to learn a second language by the time he turns 30... Plans on becoming a physical therapist.
