CENTRAL CATHOLIC HS [apos]11: Reached Sac-Joaquin Section finals in both 100 (14th) and 200 (10th) as a junior... Anchored 4x100 relay to fourth-place showing at sectionals in 2011... Won Western Athletic Conference 100 title in 2010, hitting PR of 11.54 in final... Also played football as a reciever, defensive back and punter, earning Most Improved Athlete honors as a junior.
PERSONAL: Born in Modesto, Calif.... Majoring in dramatic art... Parents are Brett & Natalie Smart, both UC Davis alums... Brett played football and ran track, helping set the school 4x100 record.
