PERSONAL: Born in Santa Cruz, Calif.... Plans to declare as a design major... Parents are Clifford Low and Priscilla Partridge... Both parents are UC Davis alumni... Cousin, Travis Low, was a swimmer for the Aggies... Hopes to become a successful left-handed hitter.
