CARDINAL NEWMAN HS [apos]08: Helped lead soccer team to back-to-back North Bay League titles and a North Coast Section title as a sophomore... Helped team to NCS semifinal berth in 2006... Earned All-NBL first-team honors once and second-team accolades twice... Selected to the All-Empire first team as a junior and senior... Also ran the 100- and 200-meter dash as well as the 400 relay track & field team... Named Rookie of the Year in 2005 and was a first team all-conference honoree as a junior in the 100, 200 and 400 relay... Excelled academically as well with a 4.02 GPA and is a four-year scholar athlete.

PERSONAL: Born in Athens, Georgia.... Intends to major in biological sciences... Parents, Gil & Cathy Robello, graduated UC Davis in 1986 and currently work as veterinarians... Plans to pursue a career in sports medicine.
