2016-17: One of only two players to appear in all 33 rounds... Finished 3rd on team with 74.15 stroke average... Tied for team's best round of 68 at Wyoming Cowboy Classic (4/11)... Finished T10th at that tourney, then followed with T8th at El Macero Classic just three days later (4/13-4/14)... Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar and Big West Conference All-Academic... Earned second alternate to U.S. Amateur over the summer.

2015-16: Joined team midseason after transferring from Oregon... Averaged 76.6 per round during three tourneys... Fired a 1-under 69 in second round of The Goodwin (3/26).

OREGON (2013-15): Played freshman year and part of redshirt sophomore season before transferring to UC Davis... Finished T3rd at Duck Invitational as a freshman... Averaged 74.7 in seven tournaments.

GRANITE BAY HS '13: Enjoyed championship season as a junior by helping lead Granite Bay HS to state title... Tied for 12th among individuals at that event... Placed T12th at NorCal Championships after shooting 72, helping Grizzlies finish third... Standout on juniors circuit with medalist at 2012 Coyote Golf Club, T7th at Future Collegiate World Tour #4, 8th at Sandpiper GC... U.S. Amateur qualifier.

PERSONAL: Born in Thousand Oaks, Calif.... Managerial economics major... Parents are Brett & Mari Baumgarten... Younger brother, Bryan, plays golf at Illinois.
