Jonah Underwood - Pronunciation

2018-19: Finished with two points by hitting his only shot taken vs. CSUN (2/13)... Posted a career-high four points and three rebounds vs. Holy Names (1/5)... Finished with two points and three rebounds for the second straight game when the Aggies faced LMU (12/28)... In his 10 minutes at Arizona (12/22), Underwood scored two points, grabbed three rebounds and recorded a steal — all season highs... Recorded an assist in his first game as an Aggie vs. William Jessup (12/16).

2017-18: Redshirted.

SAN JOSE CITY COLLEGE (2015-17): The only player to start all 24 games for the Jaguars during sophomore season... Recorded team-high marks in scoring (20.2 points), rebounding (10.7) and blocked shots (2.8) per game... In addition to averaging a double-double, he also posted a .483 field goal percentage, the highest among all SJCC starters... Finished the season ranked No. 2 and No. 5 among all California junior college players in blocks and rebounds per game, respectively... Received the first team All-Coast Conference accolades... Class salutatorian. 

WILLOW GLEN HS '15: Averaged 18 points and 16 rebounds during his senior season, leading to All-Blossom Valley Athletic League recognition and a berth in the Central Coast South Section quarterfinals... Also competed in track & field, taking third in the Central Coast Section for triple jump with a personal best of 44'1" his final year... Also attended Bellarmine College Preparatory for three years prior to ending his high school career at Willow Glen. 

PERSONAL: Born in Mountain View, Calif.... Parents are Darrin and Beth Underwood... Has a sister, Isabella... Father played basketball at Santa Clara... Something most don't know about him is his ability to ride a unicycle... Parents are his non-sports hero.
