Former North Park University assistant Justin Halloran is in his second season with UC Davis basketball as the program's video coordinator and assistant director of basketball operations.
Â
While on staff at North Park, a Division III school in Chicago that competes in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (widely regarded as one of the best conferences in the country at that level), Halloran’s duties included recruiting, opponent scouting, player development, video breakdown, and all other daily operations efforts of the program.
Â
Prior to North Park, he served as an assistant at Black Hawk College, and served as the basketball operations intern for Christopher Spartz Basketball, the personal training company of former Ohio State assistant coach Christopher Spartz. During his time as the basketball operations intern, Halloran handled all scheduling efforts, ran social media accounts, coordinated and ran camps and clinics, and instructed individual workouts for players ranging from the high school to professional level.
Â
In addition to these experiences he has run multiple camps for The Hoop Group and Breakthrough Basketball.
Â
Halloran received his bachelor’s degree in sport management from St. Ambrose University and a master’s in organizational leadership from North Park University.
