Since 2021, Solomon has been a lead assistant with the South Sudan National Team, helping guide the program to its first-ever Olympic berth with a 4–2 record at the 2023 FIBA World Cup to qualify for the 2024 Paris Games. He was part of the coaching staff during South Sudan’s Olympic debut in 2024. Solomon also worked with the Nigerian National Team as head video coordinator from 2016–19.

In the G League, he was the lead assistant with Raptors 905 (2023–24) and spent two seasons as an assistant with the South Bay Lakers (2021–23), contributing to back-to-back playoff appearances and a franchise-record eight NBA call-ups in 2022. He previously worked as a player development analyst with the Oklahoma City Thunder/Blue from 2017–21, supporting five consecutive NBA playoff teams.

At the collegiate level, Solomon held roles at Stanford, the University of San Francisco, and Cal State Bakersfield, in addition to player development work with Impact Basketball in Las Vegas.

Solomon earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Cal State Bakersfield in 2014 and completed his master’s in sport management at the University of San Francisco in 2016.
