UC Davis Athletics

Former Swarthmore College associate head coach Brendan McShea is in his fourth season overall with UC Davis basketball and second as its director of operations.

While at Swarthmore, McShea's teams posted program-records in back-to-back seasons, won conference championships and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division III National Tournament. Throughout his tenure, McShea coached six all-conference players, a conference player of the year and the program's first All-American. 

Prior to Swarthmore, he served as an assistant coach at Allegheny College and Culver-Stockton College.

McShea holds an undergraduate degree in English from the College of William & Mary and a master's in sports administration from Central Missouri University.
