Brad Shapiro

Brad Shapiro enters his second season with the Aggies for the 2023-24 season.

Shapiro joined the Aggies as Video Coordinator/Assistant Director of Operations, rounding out UC Davis' coaching staff ahead of the 2022-23 season. 

Shapiro came to UC Davis after spending two seasons as an assistant coach at Immaculata University in Pennsylvania. 

Before coaching at Immaculata University, Shapiro was a Graduate Assistant with the University of Miami Hurricanes. At Miami, Shapiro worked under National Coach of the Year Jim Larrañaga where his duties included opponent scouting, video editing, player development and assisting the Director of Basketball Operations with logistics. 

Shapiro spent four years as a Men's Basketball Student Manager at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Shapiro was named Co-head Manager during his sophomore year with the BGSU program. He helped to coordinate managerial coverage of team and individual workouts, assisted the coaching staff with preparing scouting reports along with various other operations projects.

Shapiro received his Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Bowling Green in 2018. He then earned a Master's degree in Liberal Studies from Miami in 2020.
