2021: Appeared in seven games with one start coming against Stanford (10/26)… Logged shots in games against Liberty (8/27) and Northwestern (9/17). Career high 28 minutes in game against UMass Lowell (9/24).

2020-21: Will not lose a year of athletic eligibility due to the NCAA’s COVID-19 policy… Competed in six games… Posted a season-high two shots in the Aggies’ home finale vs. Stanford (4/9)… Also recorded a shot in her team’s season opener against Cal (3/7)… Recorded a shot on goal in that game vs. the Golden Bears.

2019: Redshirted.

PACIFIC (2018): Appeared in 17 games for the Tigers... Scored in a win over Central Michigan and collected assists in back-to-back games against Kent State and Colgate.

SAN PASQUAL HS '18: Totaled 23 goals and 17 assists over her three seasons... The Golden Eagles won league titles each year with Lizalde as a member of the program... Tallied 13 goals and nine assists in 23 games throughout her senior season to help San Pasqual earn an Avocado East League title and a runner-up finish in the San Diego Section playoffs... First Team All-CIF and San Pasqual Coach's Award recipient following her senior season... Competed for the track & field team for three years in the pole vault (PR is 10'0")... Also played basketball for one season.

PERSONAL: Has two brothers: one older (Noah) and one younger (Zander)... Her uncle, Ricky, was a contestant on season four of the reality show Project Runway... Sports hero is Tiffany Snow... Sports highlight was winning the 2018 America East West Division with Pacific... Favorite hobbies are going to the beach, hiking, and attending concerts.
