2021: Appeared in all 16 games for the Aggies… One of only three players to start in all 16 games… Second on team in Points (10), Goals (4), and Shots on Goal (17) respectively… Recorded a shot in 15 of 16 games while recording goals on separate occasions agains UMass Lowell (9/24), New Hampshire (9/26), and Stanford (10/1, 10/26).
2020-21: Will not lose a year of athletic eligibility due to the NCAA’s COVID-19 policy… Started all 11 games played… Ranked No. 43 in the nation with her 0.50 goals per game average… Also finished No. 73 among all Division I players by averaging 1.00 points per game… Led the team with 10 points on five goals, another team high… Recorded 18 shots and 11 shots on goal, the second-highest individual total in each category… Posted a season-high four points by scoring a team-high two goals at UAlbany (3/25)… Also found the back of the cage at Cal (4/3), vs. Monmouth (4/17) and at Maine (4/18)… Recorded a shot in 10 of 11 games… Finished with a season high three shots at Cal and posted a season-high two shots on goal on four occasions: at UAlbany, Cal, vs. Monmouth and at Maine.
2019: Appeared in 16 games for UC Davis... Fired four shots on the season, all on goal... Took a season-high two shots on goal against No. 25 Michigan State on Sept. 6.
2018: One of 12 Aggies to compete in all 19 games on the schedule, making three starts… Placed three of her four total shots on goal: at Ball State (9/24), vs. Pacific (10/5), and at Pacific (10/21).
2017: Appeared in all 18 games, making 17 starts… Helped UC Davis to a 2-1 victory over Bryant on Sept. 15, logging her first career goal as an Aggie.
ARCHBISHOP MITTY ’17: Competed as a multi-sport student-athlete for the Archbishop Mitty HS field hockey and softball programs… Three-year varsity letter winner as a forward for the Monarchs… Helped her squad to back-to-back Blossom Valley Athletic League titles during her sophomore and junior seasons… Two-time All-BVAL selection… All-CCS second team honoree in 2016… Capped off her senior season with 13 goals and 12 assists, and was named to the All-CCS first team… Also competed for the San Jose Fly club team (2014-17)… USA Field Hockey 16U and 19U Regional Team selection.
PERSONAL: Born in Los Gatos, Calif… Parents are James and Kim Gavin… Has an older brother, Dylan.
