UC Davis Athletics

2024: Played and started in all 17 games... Recorded 3 shots, 2 of which were on goal... Scored one goal this season against Vermont (9/20)... Edwards also recorded 2 defensive saves throughout the season. 

2023: Played in 12 games throughout the season and started in 3 of those games as a defender for the Aggies... Earned a place on the NFHCA 2023 Division I National Academic Squad.

PORTSMOUTH HS: Competed as part fo her schools field hockey and tennis teams... For field hockey she was the NHIAA Defensive Player of the Year in 2021 and 2022... Edwards also made first team all state all four years of high school... For academics she was a National Honor Society member, made honor roll all four years...was the president of the history club, member of environmental change organization, and was a student mentor all four years... Edwards was a part of the NHIAA Scholar-Athlete Selection in 2023. 

PERSONAL: Granddaughter of Nancy and Johnnie Edwards... some fun facts about her are that she is a first generation college student, she like to play tennis and draw, and she volunteers at a feline rescue shelter in New Hampshire... She also competed as part of Seacost United where she won the NH Division II State Championship in 2021, was a National Indoor Tournament pool champion ion 2021, and attended National Club Championships in 2019.. She chose UC Davis because of the impressive academic opportunities and welcoming environment.
