2018-19: NCEA FARNAM ALL-ACADEMIC SECOND TEAM SELECTION… NCEA AMERICAN PAINT HORSE ASSOCIATION ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL SELECTION… UNITED EQUESTRIAN CONFERENCE ALL-ACADEMIC SECOND TEAM HONOREE… UEC ALL-ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL SELECTION… Appeared in five regular season meets for the Aggies… Made her collegiate Reining debut for UC Davis at No. 4 Texas A&M on Feb. 16… Notched a season-high score of 71 in the Aggies’ home finale meet vs. No. 9 Fresno State—the third-highest mark by an Aggie rider on the season--aboard Cooper… Also competed at No. 8 TCU, No. 4 SMU, and No. 9 Fresno State… Represented UC Davis in Reining at the 2019 NCEA National Championships… Compiled an 0-6 overall mark for the season.
PREVIOUS ATHLETIC BACKGROUND: Competed in reining and western events with AQHA, NRHA, and OHSET (2012-15)… Competed for the OHSET club team based out of Eugene (2012-13)… Finished second in reining at the OHSET state championships… Two-time AQHYA World qualifier.
PERSONAL: Born in Eugene, Ore… Parents are Loretta and Don Davis and Richard Fredericks… Has a younger brother, Ryan… Graduated from South Eugene HS in 2015 as a National Honor Society member… Lists qualifying for AQHYA Worlds as her proudest personal accomplishment… Career plans include working in the field of international relations possibly as a foreign affairs research analyst… Her favorite hobbies include traveling and petting dogs.
