2010: Raced in 3,000 (10:41.22) at Aggie Open, 5,000 (18:28.60) at Woody Wilson Classic.
CROSS COUNTRY: Appeared at Bronco Invite and Doc Adams Open as a sophomore... Competed in four meets in 2009... Placed 7th at Doc Adams home meet as Aggies[apos] No. 2 finisher.
SARATOGA HS [apos]09: Three-time state meet qualifier in cross country... Finished 7th at Central Coast Section cross country meet as a senior, 9th as a junior... Selected as team[apos]s Runner of the Year each season... Won three Santa Clara Valley Athletic League track titles in 3,200.
PERSONAL: Born in San Jose, Calif.... Majoring in communication... Parents are Rob & Liz Nast, both of whom were student-athletes (cross country/track and lacrosse, respectively) at Cal Poly... Proudest personal accomplishment was finally becoming a faster runner than her father... Owns a third-degree black belt in tae kwon do.
