Biography
2023: Participated in three meets…Had a personal best time in the 800 meters with a time of 2:35.28 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational
2022: On roster, did not appear in a meet
2021 XC: Competed in two races in her first season with the Aggies… Placed 76th at the Stump Invitational with a time of 23:17.8… Crossed the line in 112th at the Bronco Invitational with a 6k time of 23:33.
SAUGUS HS ’21: Won Foothill League cross country title as a freshman and junior, but lost most of cross country season due to COVID-19... Finished 3rd at league meet as a sophomore but went on to place career-best 12th at CIF state meet... Finished 4th, 5th and 5th in 800, 1,600 and 3,200 at Foothill League track championships as a sophomore, only to have both junior and senior seasons cut short by COVID pandemic.
PERSONAL: Born in Newhall, Calif.... Majoring in communication... Parents are Vince & Sheila Pearson... Second of three sisters, along with Sophia and Lucia... Sophia runs cross country and track at Chico State.
