2024: Participated in three meets her debut season...Began with running the San Francisco Invite, clocking a 23:44.3 in the 6k...Participated in the Pacific Invite, running a 24:27.8...Finished off with a season-high 20th place finish at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite, setting a personal best in the 6k with a 23:12.9. 

Mary Carillo HS '24: All-Empire Girls Cross Country First-Team (2022-2023) and Second Team (2021)... Four year varsity athlete, winning titles as MVP, Most Improved, and Most Outstanding Athlete: COVID Edition... Advanced to CIF State Cross Country Championships in 2021, 2022, and 2023... Advanced to CIF North Coast Section Meet of Champions in 2022 and 2023 for the 1600m and 3200m. 

Personal: Born and raised in Santa Rosa, California... Majoring in Biological Sciences... Daughter of Rebecca and Kevin Trenam... Eldest of seven and sister to Kevin, Carlie, Vivienne, Michael, Margeurite, and George Trenam... First generation college student.
