Biography

2025: Started 14 games… Led team with 80 innings pitched… Successfully picked off four baserunners… Struck out 65 batters while walking 20… Notched a win against Gonzaga with six scoreless innings, four hits, and three strikeouts (Feb. 15)… Earned victory over UC Riverside with six innings, allowing one run on seven hits (March 15)… Secured win against Washington State with two scoreless innings (April 23)… Achieved win versus Utah Tech with three scoreless innings and five strikeouts (May 13).

2024: Led the team with 15 pitching starts… Struck out 51 batters across the season… Secured a win against BYU, striking out nine over six innings (Feb. 24)… Pitched six innings with only one earned run and three hits against UC San Diego (Mar. 24)… Achieved five strikeouts and allowed just two hits over five innings in a win against Long Beach State (May 5).

COLLEGE OF SAN MATEO: Transformed into a dominant right-handed pitcher for the Bulldogs, earning a spot in the starting rotation early in his freshman year... Served as Team Captain during his sophomore campaign... Led the conference in strikeouts during the 2023 season... Finished his junior college career with an 11-5 record... Became the first El Camino HS graduate to advance to an NCAA Division I baseball program since 2016.

EL CAMINO HS: Two-sport standout for the Colts, serving as a four-year athlete in both football and baseball... Three-year varsity starter at quarterback and a three-year varsity mainstay on the diamond... Honored with the school’s Blanket Award, recognizing him as one of the school’s Athletes of the Year... Earned 2nd Team All-Conference honors as an infielder during his sophomore season in 2019... Capped off his high school career with a stellar 1.70 ERA during his senior season.

PERSONAL: Opted to take the community college route to pursue his goal of playing four-year baseball, choosing to "roll the dice" at CSM despite having no initial baseball offers...
