2021: Pitched a season-high 2.2 innings at Hawai’i (4/24) and vs. Cal Poly (5/22)… Recorded a season-high three strikeouts vs. Cal State Fullerton (4/17).

2020: Appeared in six games out of the bullpen as the closer for the Aggies... Finished with a 0.73 ERA and 0.83 WHIP over 12.1 innings... Went 1-0 with two saves... Three multi-strikeout efforts out of the bullpen... Allowed just six hits, one earned run and four walks while striking out 10... Did not allow a run after season debut against Utah where he pitched two innings to earn the win (2/14)... Earned the save in the series finale against Utah, striking out two in the ninth (2/16)... Picked up a two-inning save against North Dakota State, striking out three and allowing one hit (2/22)... Went a career-high five innings and allowed just two hits and one walk against Loyola Marymount (2/28)... Ended season by coming into a bases loaded jam against Saint Mary's and getting a strikeout before pitching a perfect eighth inning (3/10).

2019: Appeared in 17 games out of the bullpen for the Aggies… Finished his freshman campaign 1-0 with a 5.60 ERA, striking out 11 over 17.2 innings of work… Made his Division I debut on Feb. 19 against Nevada, providing the Aggies with an inning of scoreless amd hitless relief, striking out one… Secured his first career win in the Aggies’ 8-6 finale win to clinch the series over UC Riverside on Mar. 31, scattering a pair of hits over a season-long 2.2 innings of relief to go along with a career-best four strikeouts… Helped UC Davis to an 8-6 upset win over No. 2 Stanford on Apr. 16, allowing two runs on one hit over 1.1 innings. 

WEST VALLEY COLLEGE (2017-18): All-Coast Golden Gate first team selection… Golden Glove recipient… Finished the season with a 2-4 mark… Tossed 51.1 innings, boasting a 2.28 ERA and 30 strikeouts… Appeared in 10 games, making nine starts… Helped his team to a fourth-place league finish.

BRANHAM HS ’17: Four-year letter winner for the Branham HS baseball team… Competed as both a pitcher and third baseman.

PERSONAL: Born in San Jose, Calif… Parents are Gregg and Melanie Johnson… Has an older brother, Matt, and a younger brother, Zack… Graduated from Branham HS in 2017… Favorite hobbies include fishing, biking, and hiking.
