All-Pacific Coast League and All-City selection who finished his senior season batting .333 with a pair of home runs, eight doubles, 19 runs scored, and 15 RBI, while winning three games, striking out 38, and posting a 2.21 ERA on the mound as a pitcher/outfielder... Struck out 29 in just over 38 innings as a junior to go with a 2.92 ERA in seven appearances, while batting .273 with seven runs scored, a pair of doubles, and seven RBI.
