2007:NCAA DIVISION I ALL-INDEPENDENT HONORABLE MENTION... Finished at 6-5 with 4.14 ERA... Led team in wins and winning percentage (.545)... Pitched in 14 games, starting 13... Walked just 13 batters (with 22 strikeouts) in 78.1 innings... Fired on complete game, allowing just one run and no walks in 5-1 win over Sacramento State (5/8).

OHLONE COLLEGE: Named Ohlone College Male Athlete of the Year in 2006... Went 9-4 with 2.93 ERA as a sophomore... Fanned 69 batters against just 26 walks in 113.2 innings... Earned first-team All-Coast South Conference nod... Also won second-team all-conference honors as a freshman in 2005, finishing 3-2 with a 3.49 ERA... Won Outstanding Student award in the field of exercise science and wellness in 2006.

CAMPOLINDO HS [apos]04: Selected to all-state first team (for medium schools) and won Diablo Foothill Athletic League MVP honors as a senior... Went 8-3 with 1.13 ERA that year... Struck out 63 batters in 74 innings... Helped Campo to North Coast Section playoffs...Named as Prep Athlete of the Spring by Contra Costa Times in 2004... Had career pitching record of 19-9... Also played first base, batting .391 as a senior, .400 as a junior... Garnered NCS Scholar-Athlete honors in 2004 and 2006.

PERSONAL: Born in Oakland, Calif.... Majoring in managerial economics... Parents are Michael & Janet Reekers... Career highlight was hitting a walk-off homer in his Pony League title game.
