2026: Stepped into a starting role early in his freshman season and went 2-2 with a 3.35 ERA over 13 appearances and 11 starts... Worked 43.0 innings with 45 strikeouts against 37 walks while holding opposing hitters to a .230 average... Did not allow an earned run over a stretch of 8.2 innings during the season... Tossed 4.0 scoreless, six-strikeout innings as the starter at Texas (Feb. 14)... Picked up his first college win with 5.0 innings of four-earned-run, five-strikeout ball in UC Davis's 11-5 series-clinching win at Cal State Fullerton (May 2)... Struck out five in 2.2 scoreless innings against UC Santa Barbara (March 15) in a 10-6 victory... Worked 3.1 innings of one-earned-run, five-strikeout ball against Cal State Bakersfield (April 10).

CARDINAL NEWMAN HIGH SCHOOL: Highly decorated left-handed pitcher and outfielder for the Cardinals... Named NBL Oak Co-MVP as a senior, posting a 0.91 ERA and a .389 batting average... During his junior year, he was named the Press Democrat Player of the Year and threw a perfect game with 18 strikeouts... Helped lead his team to an NCS Championship and a CIF NorCal Championship... Maintained a GPA above 3.5 throughout his high school career.

PERSONAL: Mother, Jennifer, is a UC Davis alumna... Has two siblings, Joey and Abby... Chose UC Davis because of the team dynamic and the determination of the coaching staff to build a great program.
