Media Information

• Credentials: Request credentials at least 48 hours before tipoff through the Credential Requests form above. Credentials are issued by name to working media on assignment. They are not transferable and do not include guests.
• Arrival: Media enter through the main entrance of University Credit Union Center, next to the ARC. Approved credentials are at the will call window starting 90 minutes before tipoff. Media may be asked to show identification.
• Parking: Parking is limited and not guaranteed. Request it on the credential form. Approved passes are at the will call window or with the attendant at your assigned lot.
• Postgame: Press conferences are held in the upper northeast lobby connecting to the ARC, which also serves as the working media room. After a 10-minute cooling-off period, the visiting head coach and selected student-athletes go first, brought by the visiting communications staff. UC Davis follows. Locker rooms are closed to media.
• Seating and Wi-Fi: Working media seating is in the upper level as space allows. When it is full, your credential provides general seating, and the working media room is open for filing. Wi-Fi is provided, along with the ucd-guest and eduroam networks.
• Game notes and stats: Game notes are available in the working media room and in the schedule above. Live stats are linked from each game on the schedule page, and halftime and final stats are available to working media.
• Photography: Work from the designated baseline areas and share the space. Game officials may move anyone on the baseline for player safety. Photos may not be sold.
• Broadcast: Visiting radio and TV crews should contact JD to set up their position and connection. Mountain West visiting flagship radio stations receive two complimentary lines (Ethernet or analog) or a hard-wired internet connection on request. Highlights follow the Mountain West TV-Internet Highlight Policies: news use only, with no live or real-time game action.
• Player availability: For Mountain West games, each team reports by 7 p.m. Pacific the night before and again 3 hours before tipoff. The Mountain West posts the reports under Availability Reports above. UC Davis does not discuss injury details.
• Interviews: Interview requests go through JD and are not guaranteed. Student-athlete contact information is not provided, student-athletes do not miss class for media, and please do not contact them through social media. Credential holders may not seek autographs, personal photos or videos, or equipment. Rules interpretations go through the pool reporter listed on the starting lineup sheet; judgment calls are not interpreted.
