1. Receive a credit towards the cost of future tickets and parking passes. This is the default option, no action is needed from you if this is your preference.
2. Receive a full refund for any previously purchased tickets or parking passes. If you would like a full refund, you may contact our Athletics Ticket Office at (530) 752-2471, or by email at aggietickets@ucdavis.edu. Refund requests must take place by September 28, 2020.
3. Convert your season ticket purchase into a fully tax-deductible gift to Team Aggie or a UC Davis team of your choice. You may opt to convert your season ticket funds into a donation to any of our 25 varsity sport programs. This option provides an avenue to show your support during an unsettling time for our programs, and can elevate your Team Aggie membership level. If you would like to receive gift credit, please call (530) 752-2471 for more information.

At this time, several options for future play are being evaluated, including rescheduling the fall season for the winter or spring of 2021. Should this option prove viable in the upcoming months (pending local health officials' recommendations), season ticket holders will have first priority to secure tickets and parking passes that may become available.

Our Athletics Ticket Office will communicate with you regarding game and seat availability after the team's schedule and venue capacity guidelines are finalized.

Yes. Season ticket holders can request a refund by emailing the Athletics Ticket Office at aggietickets@ucdavis.edu, or calling (530) 752-2471. Only the season ticket holder of record can request a refund; all refund requests must take place by September 28, 2020. Fans who paid by credit card will receive a direct refund (please contact us if card information has changed). If multiple credit cards were used, each will receive a refund for the same amount that was originally charged.

If payments were made by check, refunds can be applied through a linked debit card. A member of the ticket office will contact you to confirm refund processing.

For future seasons, ticket holders will return to their previously occupied seat locations, unless otherwise requested.

Many of our season ticket holders also make accompanying donations to the Team Aggie Athletics Fund or one of our 25 varsity sport programs. These donated funds are critical for the operation and continued success of our teams. An Athletics Ticket Office staff member will personally contact you over the next two weeks to discuss various options.

Donors can apply their 2020 contribution to the 2021 season, or transition this payment to a philanthropic gift for the Athletics COVID-19 Relief Fund or sport-specific fund of their choice. Due to UC Davis campus policy, contributions of this type cannot be refunded.

Yes. All season ticket holders who are Team Aggie members will continue to receive the Team Aggie Insider, virtual interactions with our coaches and staff, and other perks moving forward. Look for more information via email in early September!

Your account should receive a refund within 10 business days from the date requested, donation receipts should arrive within 30 days. If you have not received information during these timelines, please contact the Athletics Ticket Office for an update.

To mitigate the impact of COVID-19, we implemented aggressive cost-savings measures and minimized the impact on our student-athletes. We will continue working hard to generate donor support for all of our 25 varsity programs and position them for success when athletic events resume.

All fall sports will be delayed until at least January of 2021 due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19. Since it will take a few months before any decision is made regarding the status of ticketed winter sports, including basketball and gymnastics, we will not sell tickets for any sporting events until additional information is received. Once known, we will share these updates with fans.
