How to use "Ticket Advance"

2014 Football, Men's Basketball and Women's Basketball season ticket holders are able to advance tickets that they cannot use to friends, family or co-workers.

Below are the steps to follow to advance your tickets:

  1. Log into your UC Davis Athletics ticket account online. (If you've ordered a ticket from UC Davis Athletics in the last two years, you have an account. (Call (530) 752-2471 if you don't know it.) Go to the "Ticket Advance" option that is located in the middle of the page beneath the "Buy Now" option.
  2. Once you do that, go to the advance screen, which shows your tickets. Click on the magnifying glass next to the season tickets you want to advance.
  3. When you click on the magnifying glass you will see each game and each seat that they have with a box to the left. Check the box of the seat(s) and game(s) you want to advance.
  4. The next page after you confirm shows the advance claim check that you can email to the person they want to advance the ticket(s) to. You can just give the person this as well, but the person has to have a UC Davis Athletics ticket account to use the claim check. If they don't have one, they just need to create an account.
  5. The person who the tickets are being advanced to would receive an email which lists the steps they should follow to claim the tickets.
  6. Once the person claims the tickets and prints them, the customer who advanced the tickets would receive an email letting them know the tickets were claimed. At this point the original tickets are void and would not scan at the gate. The advanced tickets are now the valid tickets.

If someone advances you tickets, here are the steps to claim:

  1. You will receive an email from the season ticket holder with the subject "UC Davis Tickets - Ticket Advance"
  2. Click the link in the email, and either login to your account or set-up a new account.
  3. Once logged in, select the "Tickets" menu and then "Ticket Advance Claim Check".
  4. You can then enter the Ticket Advance Claim Check code at the bottom of the email.
  5. Once entered, you will see the ticket advanced to you, you can then download the PDF and print the ticket to use at Aggie Stadium or the Pavilion.
