Finished 7-4 with a 2.25 ERA as a senior in 14 appearances (12 starts)... Struck out 62 batters against only 19 walks in 62.1 innings, holding opponents to 57 hits and a .256 average against... Hit .310 at the plate last season in 29 games, posting 27 hits and driving home 14 runs... Helped the team finish 18-11 and 10-4 in the Citrus Belt League, good for second place, earning first team all-league honors... Named to the San Bernardino County roster for the Inland Empire Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Game... Named to the Cal-Hi Sports All-State Baseball Underclass Second Team as a junior when he finished 10-1 with a 0.65 ERA in 12 games (11 starts), allowing just six earned in 64.1 innings, striking out 52 against 22 walks... Hit .404 in 25 games as a junior, with 21 hits and 16 RBI, posting a .458 on-base percentage and a .557 slugging percentage en route to all-league first-team honors.
