2020-21: Started all five tournaments for UC Davis, finishing the year with a team-low scoring average of 72.53 and a combined 8-over par for the year... Her scoring average is second on the school's single-season list, missing Betty Chen's 2014-15 record by .02... Eight of her 15 rounds on the season were at par or better, including three rounds in the 60s -- the latter tied for ninth in a single season in school history... Posted a pair of top-five finishes, a top-10 finish, and one more in the top 25... Her best finish was a runner-up at the Anuenue Spring Break Classic, helping the Aggies to the team title with a 1-under 215... Was the top Aggie finisher in four of the team's five tournaments... Finished tied for fourth at the Big West Conference Championships to help UC Davis to a runner-up finish as a team, shooting a 1-over 217... Also finished tied for eighth at the season-opening Gunrock Invitational with a 6-under 210... Shot a season-low 66 in the second round of the Gunrock Invitational, followed by a final round 69, en route to career single-round and tournament totals... The 66 is tied for the second-lowest single-round in school history, just one shot off Andrea Wong's school-record 65 in the third round of the 2016 NCAA Stanford Regional, while her 54-hole total of 210 is tied for 12th in school history... Also shot a second-round 69 at the Anuenue Spring Break Classic.
2019-20: Appeared in all seven of the team’s regular season contests for the Aggies… Finished third on the team with a 75.61 stroke average over 18 rounds… Made her collegiate debut with a tie for 40th at the Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational in New Mexico, finishing with an 8-over 224… Finished in a tie for fourth with a 5-over 149 in the weather-shortened Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational… Posted a season-best round of 67 in the second round of the Westbrook Spring Invitational en route to her season-best 54-hole total of 216 to finish at even par for the event… Was the top Aggie finisher twice at the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational and the Westbrook Spring Invitational.
PLEASANT VALLEY HS ’19
Four-year letter winner for the Vikings… Led Pleasant Valley HS to an Eastern Athletic League title and a first-place finish at the CIF Northern Section championships in each of her final three prep seasons… Competed as an individual at the CIF State Championships… Four-time individual league champion and three time section champion her sophomore-senior seasons… Also played one season of basketball as a freshman.
PERSONAL
Parents are Matt and Kristen… Has a brother, Trevor… Her father played tennis at Cal and was a three-time All-American and a two-time NCAA doubles champion… He won the mixed doubles title alongside partner Meredith McGrath at the 1995 U.S. Open… Her mother played soccer at USC… Her cousin, Austin, and her grandfather, Bill Retzer, both attended UC Davis… Lists the Daniel Island Club in Charleston, S.C., as her favorite facility.
