2021: Placed 7th at Big West Conference Championships in long jump at 5.55m/18-2.5... Hit season best of 5.69m/18-8 at Sac State Invite (4/17), narrowly missing school’s outdoor top 10... Also competed in 100 meters (12.51) and 4x100 relay (47.34) throughout the season... Placed 14th with wind-aided 12.59 in conference prelims, and ran third leg of fifth-place 47.95 in the relay... Indoor season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic
2020: Posted 5.68m/18-7.75 and added 12.90 in 100 meters at Cal Opener before season was suspended... Big West Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll and Spring All-Academic honoree.
2019: Appeared in the long jump in six meets, 100 in five... Placed 14th at Big West meet with 5.39m/17-8.25 mark... Hit season best of 5.64m/18-6 during Causeway Track Classic... Fastest wind-legal 100 was 12.70 at S.F. State’s Mike Fanelli Classic (3/29)... Big West Conference Spring All-Academic honoree.
2018: Kicked off season with wind-aided 5.39m/17-8.75 at Cal Opener... Best wind-legal mark was 5.27m/17-3.5 at team’s own Woody Wilson Classic (4/1).
MERCY (SF) HS’17: Did track and field all four years, and competed in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and long jump events during her senior year season… Was awarded with Team MVP in track and field all four years, adding the Scholar Athlete award her senior year from her participation in basketball… Got first team all-league during her sophomore and senior years… Set her 100m and 200m personal bests of 12.54 and 26.48, respectively, during the 2016 outdoor season, while getting her 400m and long jump personal bests of 1:03.44 and 18’4,” respectively, during the 2017 outdoor season.
PERSONAL: Born in San Francisco, Calif… Majoring in Animal Science, and wants to pursue a career in veterinary medicine… Parents are Maricar and Christopher… Has a younger sister Hallie (14), and a younger brother Christopher (9)… Her career sports highlight was winning the league championships in the 100m and 200m events as a sophomore, and getting the league MVP award in basketball during her senior year… Says if she could play another sport at UC Davis, it would be basketball… One thing on her bucket list is to travel the world.
