2017: Appeared in 13 games, making eight starts... Collected his first career multi-hit game with a pair of doubles and three RBI in the second game of a doubleheader at Hawai'i on April 22... Also had two hits at UC Irvine on May 27 with a double and a run scored... Also drove in a run against UC Riverside on May 14.

2016: Appeared in three games off the bench, collecting only two at-bats.

2015: Late walk-on to the squad, adding depth at catcher... Finished 1-for-5 on the year, collecting his first career hit and RBI in the second game of a doubleheader against Gonzaga on Feb. 21... Also drew a walk at Hawai'i on April 3... Defensively, caught two batters trying to steal against Eastern Michigan on Feb. 25... Errorless in 20 chances behind the plate.

RIO MESA HS '12: All-Pacific View League second second team selection as a senior, batting .304 with 21 hits, five doubles, and 19 RBI, as a catcher for the Spartans... That performance followed a junior season during which he hit .274 with seven runs scored and 14 RBI, en route to all-league honorable mention honors.

PERSONAL: Parents are Gabriel and Audrey... Selected UC Davis because it's "a great college town with great educational opportunities... also competed for the men's crew club at UC Davis in 2013.
