2018 XC: Competed in six meets in his only season with the UC Davis cross country team… Posted a season-best 25:04.2 at the Bronco Invite 8K, finishing 78th overall… Consistent member of the Aggies’ scoring five, finishing as high as the second runner for UC Davis at the Bronco Invite… Represented the Aggies at the Big West Championships, crossing 46th with a time of 26:27.2… Competed in first cross country 10K at the NCAA West Regional.
2018 T&F: Competed at the Woody Wilson Classic on Apr. 14, and then at the Causeway Classic on Apr. 27… Set a personal-best times in the 3,000 meter with a time of 9:05.81, and the 5,000 meter with a time of 16:18.41, which was good for a fourth-place finish the first of the two meets he participated in.Â
CASA ROBLE HS’14/AMERICAN RIVER COLLEGE’16: Did track and field all four years of high school, where he ran the mile, two mile, and 5k… Set all three personal records of 4:40, 10:02, and 17:04, respectively, during his senior year… Was Academic All-Conference every year… During his time at American River College, he ran the 4 mile, 5k, and 10k… during his second season, he qualified to states in the 10k event, and received the Academic All-State award… Received his personal best 5k and 10k times of 15:29 and 32:24, respectively, in the 2015-2016 season.
PERSONAL: Born in Roseville, Calif… Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, and wants to pursue a career as a materials engineer for athletic gear… Parents are Kris and Darren… Has a younger sister Ciara (19)… Says if he could play another sport at UC Davis, it would be football.Â
