Swam a season-best 23.76 in the 50 Free at the MPSF Championships (Feb. 20)... Set a team-best mark of 2:02.19 in the 200 Back at the MPSF Championships (Feb. 22)... Swam the anchor leg of team-leading 200 Free Relay team that finished 5th at the MPSF Championships in 1:32.85 (Feb. 20)... Also anchored the 200 Medley Relay team to a team-best 1:41.89 at the MPSF Championships (Feb. 19)... Other season-best times include: 100 Free (54.01), 100 Back (57.01).
2018-19: MOUNTAIN PACIFIC SPORTS FEDERATION ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM… ALL-MOUNTAIN PACIFIC SPORTS FEDERATION FIRST TEAM in the 200 free relay… ALL-MOUNTAIN PACIFIC SPORTS FEDERATION SECOND TEAM in the 200 medley relay… Set a pair of collegiate-bests at the 2019 MPSF Championships in the 50 free and 100 back… Earned a spot in the program’s top 10 record books after swimming a career-best 23.34 in the prelims of the 50 free at the conference meet… Finished 11th in the finals of the 100 back with a time of 56.45—the ninth fastest time in program history… Helped the Aggies to a conference title and a new school record as the anchor of the 200 free relay with a program-best time of 1:31.65… Also swam the anchor leg of the 200 medley relay that finished third in the championship final with a season-best time of 1:40.73… Set a career-best time in the 100 IM (1:06.07) at the Aggie Open on Jan. 5… Other season-best times include: 100 free (52.85), 200 free (1:57.77), 200 back (2:02.39).
2017-18: Improved upon career-bests from her freshman season in all seven events… Posted a pair of school top-10 times in the 100 back and 200 back at the Mizzou Invite and Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships, respectively… Her career-best 100 back time of 56.52 came in a swim-off en route to a 57.64 in the finals to finish 23rd overall, and stands eighth on the school’s all-time list… Her time of 2:01.18 in the finals of the 200 back was enough to place her sixth on the all-time list and tenth at the conference championships… Other top times included a 23.66 in the 50 free, a 1:55.05 in the 200 free, and a 2:11.86 in the 200 IM at the Mizzou Invite… Finished with the third fastest 50 free time on the season. 2016-17: Posted a pair of school top-10 times in the 100 and 200 back at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships... Her time of 56.81 in the finals of the 100 back was good for 13th place overall and stands 10th on the school's all-time list... Her time of 2:03.19 in the prelims of the 200 back is good for ninth on the all-time list as she eventually finished 14th overall at the conference championships... Also posted top times in the 50 free (23.98) at the conference meet, in the 200 free (1:56.58) in a dual at Fresno State, and in both the 100 free (54.51) and 200 IM (2:14.11) at the Phill Hansel Invitational.
TERRA LINDA HS '16: Two-time Most Valuable Swimmer as a freshman and senior, and was named the school's Outstanding Female Student-Athlete in her final prep season… Finished fourth in the 50 back at the CIF state championships as a senior with a time of 27.87… Part of the Trojans' NISCA All-America 200 medley relay squad, swimming the opening backstroke leg.
PERSONAL: Parents are Jason and Nina… Has two younger siblings, Nathaniel and Calvin… Lists her proudest personal accomplishment as getting her Junior National time… Lists her favorite movie as "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone"… Lists the PBS series "Sherlock" as her favorite TV show.
