Four-time All-Diablo Valley Athletic League selection and two-time league MVP as a junior and senior… Three-time team MVP… Four-time scholar-athlete… Finished among the top two individually at the conference championships, walking away with individual medalist honors as a sophomore (shot a 73) and senior (shot a 69)… Helped lead the Eagles to a league team title as a freshman… Also played one season of basketball as a sophomore.

Born in Gangnam, South Korea… Parents are Marc and Sunghee… Was a debater in high school, reaching the quarterfinals and semifinals at the state competition… Also ranked first for persuasive speaking… Lists Pasatiempo Golf Course as his favorite facility… Chose UC Davis because it “offers a great academic and athletic program, as well as a great facility and a strong schedule.”
