2019: Appeared in 22 games on the mound as a closer for the Aggies… Finished his junior campaign 2-3 with a 2.79 ERA and a team-best five saves, striking out 23 and holding opponents to a .210 average against over 29 innings of work… Made his Division I debut on the mound against Nevada on Feb. 19… Earned his first career win in relief against Cal State Fullerton on May 5, allowing two hits and striking out a pair in two innings of a 3-2 win en route to the program’s first ever series win over the Titans… Picked up his first career save at Hawai’i on Apr. 6… Posted his second save on Apr. 16 in an 8-6 upset win over No. 2 Stanford after holding the nationally ranked Cardinal hitless over 1.2 innings on the mound, striking out a pair… His five saves on the season rank tied for seventh in the Division I era record books… Struck out a season-best five over 2.1 innings of work at UC Irvine (5/19)… Limited San Francisco to just one hit over a season-long three innings to help the Aggies best the Dons, 3-2, over 11-innings on May 14 in his second career win.
2018: Appeared in 26 games for the Aggies, making 10 starts at first base… Collected a career-high three hits and two RBI at CSU Bakersfield on Feb. 17, helping the Aggies clinch the series with a 15-1 victory over the Roadrunners… Also notched a hit against Creighton (Feb. 23) and drove in a run against Saint Mary’s (March 26).
2017: Appeared in nine games for the Aggies in his debut season, making two starts on the infield... Made his first appearance as a pinch hitter at Stanford on Feb. 28, drawing a walk... Drove in his first career run with a walk against Sacramento State on April 4.
GROSSMONT HS '16: Two-year varsity starter… All-Grossmont Hills League second team selection as a senior, hitting .389 with 12 runs scored, 37 hits, and 14 RBI, while posting a .991 fielding percentage as a middle infielder (one error in 114 chances) and helping turn 10 double plays… Also posted a .433 on-base percentage and a .431 slugging percentage thanks to four doubles, helping his team to a third-place conference finish… Named to the San Diego Union-Tribune All-Academic Team as a senior… Named the All-EastCountySports.com Unsung Hero award winner in 2016 and All-East County first-team honors as a senior.
