2014-15: Competed in four singles and four doubles matches during the fall season.

TAMALPAIS HS '14: Earned four varsity letters... Compiled a 109-21 (.900) singles record as a member of THS' girls' tennis team... Received the Most Inspirational and Most Improved awards as a sophomore, MVP accolades as a junior and Coaches Award as a senior... Selected team captain for the 2013-14 season... Captured a Marin County Athletic League singles title in 2010, MCAL and North Coast Sectional doubles championships as a junior, captured MCAL and NCS individual and team crowns during her senior season... MCAL all-league recipient... NCS scholar-athlete.

PERSONAL: Born in San Francisco... Parents are Josephine and Wallace Tice... Youngest of two children... Older sibling, K. Malia, graduated from UC Berkeley in 2010... Enjoys skiing and tap dancing... Being accepted to UC Davis is her greatest personal accomplishment... Not many people know that she still has the same teddy bear that was given to her when she was three years old... Winning the MCAL singles championship in 2012 is her proudest athletics highlight... Chose to attend UC Davis due to its strong academic programs, reputation and amazing tennis program... Her favorite non-UC Davis facility is the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (also serves at the site of the league's annual Women's Tennis Championships each spring)... Finding Nemo is her favorite movie... Interested in pursuing a career as a special education teacher... Would love to visit Italy... Her advice to others: "If you are lucky enough to be different, don't change to be the same."
