2018-19: BIG WEST SECOND TEAM DOUBLES… ITA ALL-ACADEMIC SCHOLAR ATHLETE… BIG WEST ALL-ACADEMIC… BIG WEST COMMISSIONER'S HONOR ROLL (WITH HONORS)… In her breakout season at UC Davis, made singles appearances in 19 total dual contests… Had best results at No. 6, finishing the year with a 5-7 record at that position… Held a three-match win streak over spring break, posting wins over UC San Diego, Sacramento State, and Northern Colorado… Posted back-to-back victories where the final set was won in a dominant 6-0 fashion… Was leading 7-5, 5-4 against Hawai’i’s Roxanne Resma in her first career appearance at the Big West Tournament when the match was clinched… Competed in all three fall tournaments in singles… Continued her doubles success with a 15-14 overall record, and a 9-11 dual record, all at the No. 1 position with Sara Tsukamoto… Won five consecutive matches between March and April, including wins over Sacramento State, and Big West Conference foe Long Beach State… Went 4-2 in conference play to earn Second Team honors… Best career fall season, finishing 6-3 with three different partners… Won the consolation draw at the St. Mary’s Invitational with Tsukamoto… Advanced to the semifinal of the top Blue draw at the Cal Fall Invite with Isabella von Ebbe.

2017-2018: BIG WEST SECOND TEAM DOUBLES… ITA ALL-ACADEMIC SCHOLAR ATHLETE... BIG WEST ALL-ACADEMIC... Concluded the season with a 12-11 overall, 6-6 dual and 3-3 tournament doubles record… Tied for the second highest doubles wins for the dual campaign… Played at No. 1 doubles alongside partner Kristy Jorgensen… Won both the first two and the last two doubles matches that took place in the regular season… Qualified to the Blue Flight’s semifinal round with Jorgensen at the Cal Nike Fall Invitational on Sept. 29, but fell to a doubles duo from the host school… Went 3-7 overall in singles play... All three wins took place during the tournament portion of the season… Advanced to the semifinal round in the White Flight singles at the Cal Nike Fall Invitational to highlight the fall.

2016-17: BIG WEST CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM DOUBLES...Finished her sophomore season with a 10-11 overall and 3-3 conference doubles record... Played all doubles duals at No. 1 with Kristy Jorgensen... The two recorded the highest number of dual wins on the team... The pair additionally went on a five-game win streak from January 28 through February 10 with wins over Sacramento State, San Francisco, Stanislaus State, Sonoma State and Chaminade... They also aided the team with three conference wins over Cal Poly, CSUN and UC Irvine and outscored opponents 18 to 9... Claimed a perfect 1-0 singles record with a Big West conference victory at No. 6 over UC Irvine on April 2.

2015-16: Redshirted this season. Won three of her seven singles matches played during the fall season... Also won three doubles matches out of seven played during fall tournaments... All three doubles victories took place alongside Kamila Kecki... Won three of her first four collegiate doubles matches... freshman season was cut short due to injury.

CARPINTERIA HS '15: Two-sport student-athlete who earned four varsity letters in tennis and soccer... Posted a 238-6 overall record as a member of CHS' tennis team... Earned team and league singles MPV accolades all four years... All-Santa Barbara County first team selection as a freshman, and all-county MVP honors as a sophomore and junior... Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table named Kelsie its Player of the Year during her sophomore and junior years, bestowed its Phil Womble Ethics in Sports Award in 2014 and Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2015... Carpinteria High School captured league titles all four years with Bryant on roster... CHS won back-to-back CIF championships in 2013 and 2014... Advanced to the Round of 16 in the CIF Southern Section singles playoffs... Carpinteria High School's 2015 co-salutatorian graduated as an AP Scholar of Distinction with a 4.5 GPA, earned Academic Excellence in each of her four years on campus and received her school's Areté Award -- presented to one student based on his or her academic, athletics and extracurricular accomplishments... Played the clarinet, or saxophone, as a member of her school's jazz, concert and marching bands.

PERSONAL: Youngest of Laurie and Charles Bryant's three children... Older brothers Cale and Coby each attended, and graduates from SBCC... Both of Kelsie's parents are UC Santa Barbara alums... Most people do not know that she is a vegan... Gabrielle Andrews, Ena Shibihara, Jada Hart and Jessica Failla are the best athletes she has competed against... Helping her high school team win consecutive CIF team titles, and advancing to the Round of 16 in CIF individual play as a senior are he career sports highlights... If she could play another sport at UC Davis, she would choose the women's soccer team... John Wooden is her sports hero... Mahatma Gandhi is her non-sports hero... Interested in pursuing a career as a neurosurgeon... Enjoys cooking, playing with animals and hanging out with her friends in her spare time... Learning a language, traveling around the world and swimming with jellyfish are the top three things on her bucket list... Chose UC Davis for its wonderful coaching staff and positive atmosphere.
