2017-18: MOUNTAIN PACIFIC SPORTS FEDERATION ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM… Set a career-best 1:56.56 in the  200 free at the Mizzou Invite, in addition to a pair of collegiate-bests at the Aggie Open in the 100 breaststroke (1:18.19) and 100 IM (1:06.31) on Jan. 6… Other season-best times include: 500 free (5:11.68), 1000 free (10:56.40), 1650 free (17:41.19), 100 fly (1:00.90), and 200 fly (2:08.36).

2016-17: MOUNTAIN PACIFIC SPORTS FEDERATION ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM... Season-best times included a 5:07.31 in 500 free, a career-best 17:28.38 in the 1650, a career-best 59.12 in the 100 fly, a career-best 2:06.56 in the 200 fly, a career-best 2:13.37 in the 200 IM, and a career-best 4:36.47 in the 400 IM, at the Phill Hansel Invitational, 10:37.86 split in the 1000 free at the MPSF Championships, 1.16.89 in the 100 back at the Aggie Open.

2015-16: MOUNTAIN PACIFIC SPORTS FEDERATION ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM... Improved upon collegiate best times in five events at the Phill Hansel Invitational, setting new top times in the 1000 free (10:47.66), 100 fly (59.16), 200 fly (2:08.27), 200 IM (2:14.99), and 400 IM (2:14.99)... Other season-best times included a 26.47 in the 50 free and a 1:04.94 in the 100 back at the Aggie Open, a time of 5:05.95 in the 500 free and 17:49.46 in the 1,650 free at the Phill Hansel Invitational.

2014-15: Season-best times include the 1000 free (10:51.89) and 100 fly (1:00.52) against UC Santa Barbara on Jan. 24, the 200 fly (2:11.21) at Pacific on Oct. 18 and 400 IM (4:45.95) against the Tigers at home on Jan. 31, and the 200 IM (2:16.15) against San Jose State on Oct. 17... Also swam the anchor leg of an Aggie 200 free relay team at Pacific on Oct. 18.

MONTGOMERY HS '14: Won the 100 fly at the North Bay League finals in 2011... All-Empire First Team selection as a senior... All-Empire Scholar-Athlete of the Year... Finished second in the 200 free at the 2014 NBL finals with a time of 1:58.90 as her team finished 1-2 in the event... Also finished third in the 100 fly at the league championships last year with a time of 59.28 after posting the fastest prelim time of 59.51... swam the second leg of the winning 400 Free Relay squad (3:45.10) and the third leg of the championship 200 medley relay team (1:50.90).

PERSONAL: Born in Boulder, Colo... Parents are James and Susan... Has an older sister, Charlotte, and two younger siblings, Theresa and Joseph... Four-year honor roll recipient, graduating in the top one percent of her class.
