Helped lead her team to a 61-5 overall record in 2009 and a NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) National Championship... Her team also had a 61-5 record in 2010, en route to winning the Central Valley Conference Championship.

GOLDEN WEST HS [apos]08: Was named an All American as a senior in 2008 as a center fielder... In 2005 was the softball team[apos]s Most Improved Player... Also played basketball and tennis in high school... Was on the honor roll all four years of high school, while recording a 4.0 GPA from 2007-08.

PERSONAL: Born in Tarzana, Calif. ... Majoring in psychology... Parents are Rusty and Susan Smith... Has one sibling, Kimberle... Softball career highlight is winning a national championship at the collegiate level... Plans to become a Physician[apos]s Assistant after school.
