2018: Started 50 of the team's 51 games, all at third base... Ended her career with a school Division I record 35 doubles -- which ranks fourth on the all-time list -- while setting a program Division I record with 91 RBI, which also ranks ninth on the all-time list... Also ranks among the top 10 in the program's Division I history in walks (66 - tied for second), career games played (194 - third), games started (189 - second), at bats (552 - second), runs scored (80 - third), hits (138 - fifth), home runs (13 - second), total bases (216 - tied for second), and slugging percentage (.391 - sixth)... Finished with a season-high three hits in a win at Fresno State (Feb. 16) -- one of her eight multi-hit games of the season... Led the team with six multi-RBI games, including a season-high three RBI against Saint Mary's (Feb. 17) and Hawai'i (May 12)... Shared the team lead with nine doubles and 21 RBI... Reached base safely in nine consecutive games at one point during the year from Feb. 14-24... Slugged home runs against California (April 25) and Hawai'i (May 12) -- the latter on "Senior Day."
2017: ALL-BIG WEST CONFERENCE HONORABLE MENTION... Set a new Div. I single-game record with seven at bats vs. Cal Poly (4/29)... Ranked No. 146 in the nation with three sacrifice flies...Named a starter in all 54 games of the season, just one of four players to do so... She played 45 games as the starting third baseman, five as designated hitter, three as an outfielder, and one at first... She led the Aggies in slugging percentage (.438), runs batted in (30), two-out RBI (15), doubles (10) and sacrifice flies (3), and tied for first in home runs (5)... Her ten doubles ties her for eighth in the Big West and she ties for fourth in conference only game for runs scored (12)... Amongst the team, second in runs scored (32), she finished fifth in batting average (.259), fifth in on base percentage (.356), and fifth in hits (42)... She recorded eight multi-hit games including two three-hit games against Minnesota (2/25) and CSUN (5/12)... Picked up a season-high five RBI against Bryant on March 16... She went 2-for-2 in that game against Bryant with three runs scored with a home run, stolen base, and sacrifice fly... Her four other home runs came against Idaho State (2/24), Hawai'i (4/01), Cal (4/26) and UC Santa Barbara (5/05)... She hit .350 as the leadoff, .267 with runners in scoring position, .529 with a runner on third and less than two outs, and .421 when successfully advancing runners.
2016: Named a starter in all but one of her 48 games played...
Posted a .412 on base percentage in league contests, the ninth-highest in the conference... Also batted .328 in conference games, the 10th-highest among all Big West players... Recorded a team-high five multiple RBI games... Started 46 games at short and another as the team's designated player... Ranked No. 2, among all Aggies, with her slugging percentage (.383), on base percentage (.367), walks (16), doubles (8), home runs and sacrifice flies (2) totals... Finished with the third-highest batting average (.273), total bases (49), hits (35), RBI (18), runs (16)...Hit a team-high two doubles vs. Florida State (3/5) at the Stacy Winsberg Memorial Tournament... Recorded three hits and drove in three runs, both season-high totals, vs. Dartmouth (3/26)... Also earned three RBI vs. CSUN (5/14) in the Aggies' season finale... Hit home runs at California (4/26) and at CSUN (5/14)... Her blast, at Cal, capped a four-run comeback and gave the Aggies a one-run lead heading into the bottom of the seventh in the second game of that non-conference doubleheader.
2015: BIG WEST CONFERENCE ALL-FRESHMAN TEAM... Led the team with her .426 slugging percentage and four home runs... Ranked No. 2 among all Aggies with eight doubles and No. 3 with 22 RBI... Seventeen RBI were earned with two outs... Drove in multiple runs in a team-high eight games...
One of two players who built a season-high six-game hit streak...Hit safely in a team-high six games and reached base, at one point of the year, in 10 straight... Started all but four of her 42 games played... Started 21 games at second base and the other 17 in right field... One of two players to record a team-high five at-bats when UC Davis traveled to UC Riverside (4/25)... Hit the first of her team-high four home runs at Stanford (2/18)... Her other blasts took place in her team's rematch vs. Stanford (3/4), at Long Beach State (3/28) and against Cal Poly (4/11)... Posted a season-high three hits at Long Beach State... Drove in a season-high three RBI at Stanford... Stole a base vs. North Dakota (2/28) and Cal Poly (4/12).
AMADOR VALLEY HS '14: Named her school's Outstanding Athlete and earned first team all-league and all-state honors as a senior… When her high school career concluded, Amador Valley was ranked No. 1 in the nation with an undefeated season, its forth-straight East Bay Athletic League crown, a North Coast Section and state championship… During her junior year, Lotoszynski helped her team capture its third straight league title and finish it season as NCS runners-up… Named to the EBAL's all-league first team… Earned league Offensive Player of the Year and all-state accolades… Sophomore-year highlights include additional all-league recognition multiple tournament championships and another EBAL title… Earned all-league first team and Rookie of the Year honors as a freshman - a year that also saw her softball team win league and sectional championships.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Karen and John Lotoszynski... Erik, her older brother, is a firefighter and one of Ashley's role models... Enjoys paddleboarding, boxing, being outdoors and volunteering at her local animal shelter... Plans to earn a master's degree and pursue a career as a high school teacher... Not many people know that she is fluent in Spanish - this is why she looks forward to studying abroad in Spain or South America... Helping her team win a North Coast Sectional championship, posting an undefeated record and No. 1 national ranking are her athletics highlights... Troy Tulowitzki is her sports hero... Would love to visit all 50 states... Aspires to become a veterinarian and open her own clinic... "Always keep your face toward the sunshine and the shadows will fall behind," is her favorite piece of advice for others.
