2017-18: Finished one board shy of a team-high total when he collected six vs. Cal State Fullerton (3/9) in the Big West Tournament semifinals... Earned eight of the team’s 28 rebounds vs. Hawai’i, his final appearance on Hamilton Court (3/1)... Notched his third double-figure point total in the last five games when he finished with 11 vs. UC Riverside (2/24), in addition to a team-high five boards... Three of his four buckets earned against the Highlanders were from three... His night at Cal Poly is one of the key reasons why UC Davis defeated Cal Poly  (2/15) in triple overtime: finished with career highs of 24 points, seven field goals, five three-point field goals and five free throws... Canned a three during his seven minutes played vs. Cal State Fullerton (2/8)... Recorded a rebound in five minutes played at Hawai'i (1/21)... Grabbed two rebounds throughout his eight minutes played at CSUN (1/14)... Canned the second three-point field goal of his career, on his only shot taken in the Aggies' Big West opener vs. UC Santa Barbara (1/4)... Hit 2 of 3 field goal attempts vs. William Jessup (12/17)... Scored on his only field goal attempt vs. Weber State (11/24)... Recorded one rebound and one steal vs. Holy Names (11/17).

2015-16:  Recorded his first collegiate steal vs. Holy Names (1/2)... Named to the starting lineup for the first time in his collegiate career at Seattle (12/28)... Scored two points, both at the line, and recorded one rebound vs. Idaho (12/22)... Posted his first rebound, assist and block during vs. Fresno Pacific (11/18).

2014-15: Recorded his first Big West basket at UC Irvine (2/5)... Scored seven points, on three field goals and one from three, to record three career highs versus Cal Maritime (1/3)... Made his Aggie debut vs. Utah Valley (11/29).

WARREN HS '13: Earned three varsity letters as a member of Warren High School's boys' basketball team... Averaged 13.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game in 2011... Earned all-San Gabriel Valley League honors... The following season, Onyebalu posted per game averages of 17.0 points, 8.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists to earn all-San Gabriel Valley League first team accolades... Long Beach Press-Telegram named Onyebalu to its "Dream Team" that year... Named to the school's honor roll for the 2009-10 academic year for maintaining a 3.5 GPA or higher, Principal's Honor Roll in 2010-11 for earning a 4.0 GPA throughout the entire year and President's Academic Honor Roll in 2012-13 for recording a GPA higher than 4.0 for the full academic year.

PERSONAL: Born in Inglewood, California... Youngest of Chika and Ike Onyebalu's two children... Older sibling Chika attends Sacramento State... Majoring in communication... Enjoys playing basketball, writing, and spending time with friends and family... Most people are not aware that he likes to sing and dance... STAPLES Center is his favorite facility that he has competed in... His father is his personal hero... Interested in pursuing a career as a real estate broker, investment or stock trader...
